                              hasn't changed but I mean any how's it going with 
                              your roommate your living situation and things of 
                              that nature

<7:30:25 PM> Cassandra - Patient: yeah my roommate shimoda recently so I don't 
                                  know I'm a little bit I guess worried about 
                                  that because I'm not sure how I'm going to pay
                                  for my rent you know just by myself 
<7:30:46 PM> Cassandra - Patient: either just going to have to figure that out 
                                  our or not have any money or or I'm going to I
                                  don't know have to find another roommate I 
                                  guess 
<7:30:48 PM> Joshua - doctor: I totally understand and remember the last is that
                              we've discussed possibly he's seeking some type of
                              outside resources you know what the psychologist 
                              psychiatrist and I just want to know how has it 
                              been

<7:31:09 PM> Cassandra - Patient: yeah I I haven't I haven't started that yet 
                                  work I just really been struggling at work and
                                  I just don't I don't know it's just I don't 
                                  feel like I have time right now to do that

                              you know when you plan or if you plan on trying to
                              Mississippi services 
<7:31:37 PM> Cassandra - Patient: probably not anymore anytime soon I am like I 
                                  said work is it just really stressful right 
                                  now 
<7:31:42 PM> Joshua - doctor: here I bet that is a lot so how do you deal with 
                              all that you're dealing with right now 
<7:31:50 PM> Cassandra - Patient: I I have a performance like review coming up 
                                  and I haven't been doing well 
<7:31:56 PM> Cassandra - Patient: so I'm very that's not going to go well and I 
                                  might even lose my job and then on top of that
                                  you know my roommate moved out so it's just 
                                  been a lot to do with

<7:32:16 PM> Cassandra - Patient: I would say I I don't really you know I don't 
                                  really feel much better since I've been on the
                                  medication or even since we've increased it 
                                  and you know my moods just it's been about the
                                  same maybe even a little bit worse than I just
                                  I don't feel like I do a very good job coping

                              feel better honestly in this case right now

<7:32:42 PM> Cassandra - Patient: well like you know my roommate didn't move out
                                  and that would make me feel better but you 
                                  know that's already happened and if you know I
<7:32:55 PM> Joshua - doctor: up absolutely do you not get any support from your
                              family or friends or need to talk to someone about
                              it 
<7:32:57 PM> Cassandra - Patient: if I could be guaranteed to get a good job 
                                  review like that would make me feel better

<7:33:11 PM> Cassandra - Patient: I talked to my sister sometimes about things 
                                  that can be helpful you know we're both busy 
                                  working and stuff but we usually try to talk 
                                  at least a couple times a week and it's it's 
                                  it's always nice talking to her you know 
                                  sometimes I have hard time like sharing what's
                                  really going on in my life and I'm feeling but
                                  I do have a close relationship with my sister
