Doctor: the <7:20:30 PM> Angie - Patient: you know <7:20:30 PM> Angie - Patient: you know get crispy chicken rather than grilled chicken or <7:20:31 PM> Paul - Doctor: here <7:20:34 PM> Angie - Patient: super easy to not be able to pass up you know serving of fries <7:20:36 PM> Paul - Doctor: I okay I on a scale of zero to ten with zero being I'm not all like at concerned ten being I'm very concerned about this tell me how concerned you are <7:20:50 PM> Angie - Patient: yeah I would say I'm like a six or a seven I don't want to see these numbers go up but I'm hoping we can just maybe increase my medicine and and get these numbers back under control <7:20:52 PM> Paul - Doctor: look <7:20:55 PM> Paul - Doctor: part of <7:20:58 PM> Paul - Doctor: oh okay okay and before we talk about the possibility of increasing your medicine tell me what you would be concerned of if if nothing changed if your numbers continue to be high <7:21:17 PM> Angie - Patient: yeah if they keep keep going up I fear that <7:21:21 PM> Paul - Doctor: what <7:21:25 PM> Angie - Patient: you know <7:21:25 PM> Angie - Patient: you know my diabetes would get worse and <7:21:29 PM> Angie - Patient: I I don't want to lose my eyesight I don't want to end up in the hospital I don't want to get none of that neuropathy in my feet like people talk about I <7:21:30 PM> Paul - Doctor: okay so you seem pretty motivated to try to get this under control <7:21:38 PM> Angie - Patient: I don't want none of those things to happen <7:21:40 PM> Angie - Patient: oh yeah I when I met with diabetes education I had made some good changes to my diet and and felt like they were working just it's things have just been stressful lately <7:21:46 PM> Paul -
