Doctor: mm-hmm <5:17:52 PM> Braden - Doctor: okay and I saw in your chart coming in today that it says that you've had no problems with drinking in regards to work family and daily life would you agree with that or do you think drinking has caused some hiccups along the way <5:17:55 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: well you know in the mornings I don't feel as rested I feel like on the weekends you know you're supposed to rejuvenate but like as I feel like you don't review it because I'm just like always hungover <5:18:14 PM> Braden - Doctor: mm <5:18:19 PM> Braden - Doctor: okay do you think <5:18:21 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: well <5:18:24 PM> Braden - Doctor: that could potentially affect I guess your life performance in school or family Etc <5:18:34 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: you know I mean I am an investment banker so I feel like <5:18:41 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: he gotta like find a good way to relax so <5:18:43 PM> Braden - Doctor: okay <5:18:46 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: yeah <5:18:48 PM> Braden - Doctor: do you do any other activities that you find relaxing or fun <5:18:55 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: not really I mean I mean I like hanging out with people and so that's kind of what I do on the weekends <5:19:00 PM> Braden - Patient: mmm I guess I haven't really thought about that <5:19:25 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: mmm I mean I feel like I don't even need to drink but it's just like <5:19:31 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: people are just like so much more interesting that way <5:19:35 PM> Braden - Doctor: more interesting when you're drinking <5:19:35 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: that's what my mom always used to say she's like you can have fun with your friends but <5:19:35 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: when <5:19:44 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: think it's more fun <5:19:45 PM> Braden - Doctor: and <5:19:45 PM> Braden - Doctor: okay <5:19:47 PM> Braden - Doctor: the may I ask when was the last time you think <5:19:47 PM> Braden - Doctor: that <5:19:51 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: mmm <5:19:52 PM> Braden - Doctor: you didn't drink and you had fun with friends <5:19:56 PM> Braden - Doctor: mm-hmm <5:19:59 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: well sometimes before we hang out we'll go to like <5:20:05 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: um <5:20:19 PM> Braden - Doctor: um I guess something I would really like to know more about your perspective is <5:20:24 PM> Braden - Doctor: you've had a lot I think of opinions thrown at you from your husband you were saying where he thinks that maybe you're drinking too much you had the questionnaire that you answered which is saying you know maybe this patient's drinking too much but I would really love to hear your thoughts about do you think you're drinking too much <5:20:46 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: know I heard it's healthier to not drink <5:20:46 PM> Braden - Doctor: mm-hmm <5:20:49 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: it's well <5:20:55 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: what how what's like a good <5:20:57 PM> Braden - Doctor: how <5:20:58 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: amount like what's a healthy amount <5:21:01 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: mmm <5:21:15 PM> Pooja Kamath - Patient: mm-hmm <5:21:16 PM> Braden - Doctor: however that does look different to everybody some people they can drink that much A Day others like to drink you know once a week once a month Etc so it's really finding the right balance for you that optimizes your happiness and also ability to go through life <5:21:33 PM> Braden -
