Doctor: um do you think that there might be something else in your life that's making you feel like this <5:16:01 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: ah <5:16:06 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: mm-hmm <5:16:09 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know I I don't know what that might be it's not like something major happened when I started to feel down <5:16:20 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: it's <5:16:20 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: and <5:16:21 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: like there's well my roommate moved out not long ago but you know I was feeling this way before that <5:16:23 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay <5:16:30 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: so now I guess <5:16:33 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I'm not <5:16:33 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I just almost feel more lonely because I'm <5:16:37 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: doing much socially I just don't feel like <5:16:37 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay do you have any friends or family in the area or anything <5:16:40 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: going out or being with people <5:16:43 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: um <5:16:50 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: they used to in part because <5:17:16 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I kind of got to where I was they'd asked me to do something I said I don't think so I don't feel like it so <5:17:22 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: plus I'm probably not any fun being around right now <5:17:23 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: well I don't know if I would say that I think you're just kind of going through a rough spot and obviously I'm not you I'm not walking in your shoes every day <5:17:26 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: oh yeah <5:17:39 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: but I think maybe reaching out to your friends might not be a bad idea just to go and see them again <5:17:47 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: is okay if I ask you some more questions <5:17:50 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: yeah so and then you said you're not sleeping too well how many hours do you think you're sleeping at night <5:17:56 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay <5:18:00 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: it feels like maybe I'm getting five hours I don't know <5:18:07 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I <5:18:09 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: and it's <5:18:13 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: it's not like I <5:18:15 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: in bed for just five hours and sleep in that whole time you know I even if I'm in bed for eight hours it just <5:18:15 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I know <5:18:22 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: sleeping all that time and even when I am at doesn't feel like it's <5:18:23 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: you <5:18:27 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: all that restful <5:18:28 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay <5:18:29 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: ah <5:18:30 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: see and then so I know you said you don't really <5:18:37 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: feel like reaching out to your friends too much do you have any other Hobbies or anything you like to do that's fun for you <5:18:48 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I used to like sports a lot and you know <5:18:48 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I guess <5:18:51 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: mm-hmm <5:18:54 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I <5:18:54 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know <5:18:56 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: some teams in high school and <5:18:58 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: been in college played pick up and all and <5:19:01 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: plus <5:19:01 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know now that I have a job and all it's a little bit harder to find the time to do that <5:19:02 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay <5:19:08 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: that's probably one of the things I used to do more of <5:19:11 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: last feeling better <5:19:13 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: have you ever considered find in like a pickup League or like a men's league like the rec center or anything <5:19:13 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I <5:19:13 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: um you know I I probably could find it if I looked <5:19:22 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: mm-hmm <5:19:26 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you don't feel like I have the energy to look and <5:19:27 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay <5:19:30 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: doesn't sound like <5:19:32 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: something fun to do <5:19:35 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: um so I know you said you're kind of struggling at work right now can you describe what's going on a little bit <5:19:47 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know it's I'm in accounting and <5:19:54 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I need to concentrate and I'll find myself working on <5:20:00 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know somebody's books and <5:20:03 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: then catch myself I just sort of been daydreaming and not getting much done so it it just takes me longer and <5:20:11 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I know I've made making more mistakes than I used to <5:20:14 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay let's see and then um yeah it has your house your appetite been lately <5:20:16 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: which is why I'm concerned about what my boss might say <5:20:20 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I <5:20:20 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: it's <5:20:27 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay <5:20:28 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: notice the big change with my appetite <5:20:33 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: are you feeling guilty about anything <5:20:40 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: any thoughts of guilt or kind of feeling yourself or something <5:20:44 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay <5:20:46 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I don't know if you'd call this guilt I I feel like I should be doing more <5:20:53 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know like saying yes if friends doing invite me to do something and I feel like I should be doing better or work but it's but other than that it's not like there are things that I <5:21:06 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I am feeling guilty about it's it's more that <5:21:11 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I guess if it's guilt to that I'm feeling this way <5:21:16 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: well I guess I was thinking you know you increase the dose of my meds I I was hoping that that would help more than it has I'm not sure how much it's really helped so I guess I'm wondering if maybe you could increase it again <5:21:17 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: okay I see <5:21:19 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: something <5:21:19 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: um I guess what is <5:21:23 PM> Andrew Morosky - Doctor: that you think you can control to help you right now <5:21:28 PM> Andrew Morosky -
