_patient: I think it really boils down to just I feel like every hour of the day it's another May occasion I don't feel like I'm getting much I don't feel like I'm healthier because these medications I just <6:14:11 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: and why each frustrating <6:14:30 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: even <6:14:30 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: but like the side effects are still there like I kind of feel lousy and still feel the healthiest <6:14:35 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: mmm <6:14:36 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: taking all these medications but I'm not really seeing the benefits <6:14:40 PM> want to have with the shortness of breath from like some of my conditions I want to have it more more Mobility <6:15:01 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: like I don't feel any different than when I started them occasions to now <6:15:06 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: like I was expecting some kind of like like almost like I want to say magic trick but I was expecting like these to kind of be the cure for was kind of instructed to kind of make changes to my diet as well <6:15:21 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: like you're gonna be here taking all these medications about your health and get better and you feel like right feeling better but since starting all these education what do you feel like that why do you feel like that is <6:15:46 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: it I mean <6:15:46 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: try and get some more exercise which I'll be honest I haven't been doing <6:15:51 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I think what once or twice a week I'll try and like replace a salad for the <6:15:56 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: like my meals a lot of my meals are being you know like takeout and exercises haven't really had much time for it and really the most exercise I gave my walking from from the office to my car and my car to the house so busy <6:16:12 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: I don't want to ten with one feeling that you're level satisfaction with your health is you know not great at all and you're feeling very satisfied with people where you kind of wait on that scale <6:16:13 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I <6:16:13 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I mean I I think it's a like a two right now I mean one I mean I'm still alive I still got work but <6:16:39 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: feel pretty lousy <6:16:41 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: yeah I mean the only reason it's now one is that I'm not in a hospital I mean the fact that I can I guess do some parts of my daily life I go to my work <6:16:41 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: what makes <6:16:43 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: the two and because I have like aspirations in the sense of like feeling healthy being able to like <6:17:12 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: like go on longer walks and now I can be sure your breath like not have these weird fluctuations like my blood sugar or that like something to make me light-headed <6:17:23 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: or make me Jerry and <6:17:27 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: else is having to take all these medications all the time <6:17:30 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I mean I I think I can definitely like try and prove my diet I know like my nutritionist in the past my type 2 diabetes mentioned that a diet is going to be a big <6:17:31 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: what are some things that you could do that can make you feel better <6:17:48 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: step and <6:17:50 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: a controlling that <6:17:53 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I mean <6:17:53 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: and like maybe trying to exercise more <6:17:57 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: a that has tough sometimes and I always have the map the motivation for it <6:18:02 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I mean I know some people at my work <6:18:03 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: what what are some things like small things you think you can do to help improve your motivation to want to exercise <6:18:16 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: a like go for walks during lunch and they've asked me to come with him in the past but <6:18:22 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I've just I I haven't been doing that just because I I sure abreast sometimes I want to really slow them down so I just <6:18:30 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: usually kind of to say maybe next time <6:18:33 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I think maybe like trying to go out like on those walks during lunch time and maybe taking my medications more I just don't really understand I don't really see the benefit in the medications because I like I'm personally like when I did take them pretty like religiously for a week or two <6:18:35 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: um it sounds like you radiate your scale on a two right in terms of how satisfied you are with your help so what are some ways that you feel like <6:18:35 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: medications you have to take <6:19:18 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: yeah <6:19:26 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: and you know that you have these chronic conditions you want to get better but you're just not seeing the type of problems you want to see and when you see it is that a fair assessment <6:19:29 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: yeah the III yeah that's exactly how I'm feeling <6:19:39 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: okay okay you mentioned that one to go exercise more during taking walks at work do you think that's feasible that you could start that in the near future <6:19:42 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I think so I mean I think it's something I could try like this week or next week I don't know if I'd be able to do it like every single day but maybe sorry maybe what once a week <6:20:01 Stephens_doctor: then on a scale of 1 to 10 in terms of your diet with one being you feel satisfied with you don't feel satisfied with your diet at all to 10 you do like your diet how would you rate that <6:20:26 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: okay why waited a four out of five and not lower <6:20:27 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I don't feel hungry at the end of the day at least <6:20:30 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: so <6:20:30 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: um I think the biggest thing is that guy I don't really know much about healthy diet so like I don't really see where the improvements could be made I know everyone says salad salads but not thank you a salad every single day <6:20:49 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: but I mean it fills my Hunger <6:20:51 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: mm-hmm what does your diet look like right now <6:20:53 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: um so usually like in the morning on the way to work I'll stop at Duncan and get a coffee and then like a <6:21:06 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: like a turkey bacon and cheese then for lunch it's like sometimes it will order lunch so I'll usually do a Subway sandwich <6:21:06 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: or <6:21:15 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: like a McDonald's if you ordering that <6:21:19 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: and then for dinner it's either leftovers order pizza or maybe like I'll try and cook something sometimes too <6:21:29 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: like usually I really like pasta and chicken I feel like I'm getting most of the food groups but it's all through our salad <6:21:34 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: and <6:21:38 PM> Jackie protein lowering carbs they say makes them feel great <6:21:51 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: but <6:21:57 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: I'm just not too knowledgeable in that so I <6:22:00 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: but that's the healthier thing to do but I'm not too sure <6:22:01 PM> Jackie Stephens_doctor: mm-hmm yeah so you're right about that like eating salads can be good but that's not the only thing you have to do also eating you know fruits and vegetables still eating proteins so you can eat meat still you can eat fish you can eat chicken you don't have to eat it all the time but like you said getting all those different food groups is good for you and you mentioned you sometimes like to cook home cooked meals right <6:22:23 PM> Anes Gadun _patient: mm-hmm <6:22:28 PM> Jackie
