patient: you know like the roommate was like one of my good friends my close friends but then like you know she had or he had to move just like away you know just like different jobs in a different place so yeah <5:32:25 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: yeah <5:32:31 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: you know <5:32:31 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: um I would say besides my you know old roommates it's kind of hard <5:32:31 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: and you currently have a support system <5:32:42 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: because I'm here by myself but I do call my parents here and there so <5:32:47 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: okay and are you interested in having more people to talk to <5:32:54 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: oh what do you mean by that <5:32:56 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: like um <5:33:01 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: for instance like would you like to be referred to a psychiatrist who could do counseling or even it doesn't even have to be a medical professional it could be like just Counseling Services sometimes they offer them through work or <5:33:21 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: things like that is that something you'd be interested in <5:33:23 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: mmm not too do you think I need one I'm not too sure <5:33:30 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: okay yeah I just want to make sure that <5:33:35 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: talking <5:33:35 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: you have adequate support because <5:33:39 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: people about things for people who have depression and other mental health diagnoses it's it's beneficial to talk in addition to the medication <5:33:44 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: action <5:33:50 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: mmm okay yeah I mean it would be nice to have like a support system around me especially with the whole stresses with you know my work and then my roommate just having moved out yeah so there are definitely a lot of stressors <5:34:01 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: here yeah so you've mentioned stress a few times can you tell me like on a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being no stress in your life at all in 10 being the most stress ever like what you're stress levels have been <5:34:22 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: yeah I would say that the my stress level would be around like six I would say it's not necessarily like halfway but it's a little more than half <5:34:35 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: okay <5:34:37 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: and what do you feel like you're stress level was before we increase the last dose of medication <5:34:40 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: um I would say like maybe like a five out of 10 I don't know I didn't expect my roommate to move out I wasn't know I was gonna you know get this evaluation from my job so yeah well it's like maybe like a four hour out of five out of 10 <5:34:51 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: mm-hmm <5:35:00 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: okay <5:35:03 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: so <5:35:05 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: and um <5:35:09 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: it back when you had your roommate were you were you able to talk to him about <5:35:17 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: about like when things weren't going well or was he pretty closed off or <5:35:22 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: know I feel like we had a very good relationship I was able to tell them a lot of stuff and it was super nice <5:35:30 PM> Young Jun Park - patient: as we were just like you know two peaks in a pod so <5:35:36 PM> Gus Miller - doctor: oh yeah <5:35:37 PM> Angie Castle: all right guys I'm gonna jump in and stop you ________________________________________________________________________________ End of transcript at Jun 9, 2025, 5:35:44 PM
