Doctor: okay <12:36:26 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: so <12:36:28 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: I know that you're back here to check in with me I wanted to see how you've been doing <12:36:30 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: oh yeah I mean I think I'm doing fine I'm just here for my men refill and then I've got to get back to work <12:36:33 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: okay um I know we increase the dose <12:36:33 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: how do you <12:36:41 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: um I mean I guess it's doing okay I can get through work now I mean I don't feel <12:36:47 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: feel like it's doing for you <12:36:49 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: okay so you feel like it's helping but you're still struggling to get everything done <12:36:56 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: as tired I mean I guess I'm kind of still struggling getting everything done but you know everyone struggles so I feel like it's okay <12:37:11 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: oh <12:37:16 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I guess you could say that <12:37:17 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: can you tell me more about that <12:37:18 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: yeah I mean I don't feel like I need to lay in bed all day like I did before we increase the medication but <12:37:21 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: yeah <12:37:29 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: mean it's still I still feel pretty down I'm still having trouble you know I guess going out and hanging out with friends and you know my roommates moving out so there's one more friend down so I guess I'm not really having the energy for social interactions or anything like that but <12:37:48 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I mean I can get work done and I feel like that's the most important thing <12:37:54 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: still <12:37:55 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: not feeling like you have energy for social interactions and okay your roommates moving out <12:38:00 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: um <12:38:01 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: how how has that made you feel <12:38:06 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I mean I don't think it's really helped my depression I mean I feel pretty bad about my roommate moving out because she was a good friend and like I feel like it's increased stress because now I got to find another roommate because you know in this economy we can't really afford an apartment by ourselves so be added stress with that and having to meet a whole new person <12:38:07 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: yeah <12:38:21 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: yeah yeah it sounds like a lot of like it's sad to have a roommate move out who's a good friend and is do you feel like you'll keep in touch with her <12:38:27 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: be like a probably just a lot I guess <12:38:42 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: you know <12:38:42 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: um I I hope so but I haven't been keeping in touch with a lot of my friends right now <12:38:43 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: are there any friends that you feel like you have been able to talk to or anyone that you feel like you've been able to talk to about this kind of stuff <12:38:51 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: it's just kind of <12:38:52 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I guess hard you know to find the energy to do that and yeah so I mean probably she'll end up like the rest of my friends won't really talk to them too much <12:39:03 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: um I guess I really haven't talked to anyone about it because you know how these things are kind of perceived they think you're weaker they think you know you're the one that's doing the wrong thing like why can't you be happy life's going well for you so <12:39:30 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: yeah I haven't really talked to anyone about it <12:39:33 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: um well no one's really said it to me before but I mean you know you overhear conversations and like you know social media and stuff like that I feel like <12:39:34 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: and I hear you saying like you feel like people are going to think that you're weaker or they're going to think that you know why aren't you happy and things like that is that are these things that people have said to you before or is it a thing that you kind of think others might think <12:39:50 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: just <12:40:03 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: yeah I guess no one's really said it to me <12:40:05 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: okay and I know we talked about Trump maybe getting you connected with like a mental health counselor or something like that where are you with that <12:40:19 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: hm <12:40:19 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: honestly I haven't even looked at the referral I feel like I just don't have time for that right now I mean I feel like with work I've been struggling a little bit with that so I've been putting a lot of focus on that like trying to <12:40:36 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: get back with that I mean I have an upcoming job about and I feel like I'm so far behind with everything because you know it's it took a while for me to feel like I could get out of bed with like the new medication and everything so I'm just really trying to focus on work right now and I don't feel like I have time for counseling <12:40:49 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: okay <12:40:55 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I mean <12:40:56 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: so hearing that you have job eval coming up work is stressful do you think that <12:41:03 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: that counseling could benefit your work performance <12:41:08 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: yeah and I know you were concerned about like the time frame <12:41:12 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: guess <12:41:13 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: probably could maybe would help me feel <12:41:17 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: less stressed and less worried about the work that I'm doing like you know always trying to make things perfect but <12:41:25 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I mean I guess it could probably help <12:41:34 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: it's like luckily there's kind of a lot of different ways it can be done online it can be done in person <12:41:43 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I mean <12:41:43 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: but I guess from on a scale from 0 to 10 of 0 no interest at all to 10 you're kind of ready to make an appointment tomorrow How likely do you feel that you would want to kind of <12:41:55 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: take on like or get involved with mental health counseling <12:42:01 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I guess maybe like a five or something like that like I guess like you said it probably could help me <12:42:01 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: but again <12:42:04 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: okay so sounds like time time commitment is a big <12:42:11 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: worried about the time commitment of it <12:42:14 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: um <12:42:20 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: definitely a big factor do you see a time in the future like maybe after the eval or maybe there's a slightly less busy season for your work <12:42:29 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: yeah that's a really good question it can be really hard to find time <12:42:32 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I mean <12:42:34 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: probably if like this evaluate goes well I mean maybe I won't have to stress as much about work and like I feel like I won't have to focus it focus on it as much as when I'm in my apartment and like I could actually relax a little bit <12:42:51 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: but then like I don't know when do we ever find time to do things that we should <12:43:01 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: do you think though that with the way that you're feeling kind of stressed and it seems like you're putting a lot of a little bit of pressure at least on your terms of your work like how do you see that continuing continuing to affect your mental health <12:43:17 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: yeah I know it can be really hard to because it feels like maybe there's always something to worry about is kind of what I'm hearing is that even after this eval there's another one to maybe worried about <12:43:18 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: well <12:43:20 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: I guess it probably won't help at all I feel like I'll just you know keep spiraling you know worried about the next evil once I finish this one so it's just added more stress <12:43:33 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: so <12:43:35 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: probably not very helpful <12:43:50 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: um in terms of I know we talked about like family and friends are there any family members that you can talk to about this stuff <12:43:51 PM> Paul Hershberger: we'll stop here <12:43:56 PM> Paige Wnek - Patient: not really I think my parents feel like I'm doing really well in life and I haven't mentioned that I'm on medication right now I just want them not to worry about me <12:44:08 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: yeah <12:44:10 PM> Risha Annamraju - Doctor: okay <12:44:12 PM> Paul Hershberger: immediately ________________________________________________________________________________ End of transcript at Oct 13, 2025, 12:44:20 PM
