patient: yeah I've been <2:47:26 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: thinking about it you know but I just haven't really <2:47:27 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: right so even think about it what's where are those things are kind of holding you back from it <2:47:29 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: done it yet <2:47:31 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: it's just trying to find the time with work and just getting there and actually making an appointment you know <2:47:35 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: let's see okay are there any specific things like <2:47:42 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: it's just like during the week you know I'm working during the week and then I call the office and all the only times they have is the days that I would be working so I just I just don't end up going <2:47:47 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: time they're holding you back you say you know Works kind of keeping you busy do you have any times you think you can do it <2:47:54 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: okay um <2:48:05 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: I have not yet not I don't know if there were other locations around <2:48:10 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: so I can definitely understand you know you're already stressed about work trying to or having to take time off to get involved in there if you could definitely be hard have you looked into other locations to see if maybe that more time availability <2:48:24 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: yeah yeah we can definitely you know look in some different options for you <2:48:30 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: here <2:48:34 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: what are some different things you hope to gain by going to therapy <2:48:40 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: yeah <2:48:42 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: just relieved <2:48:42 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: kind of like I guess just somebody to talk to really <2:48:46 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: dress <2:48:47 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: so are you pretty open to the idea of going <2:48:48 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: yeah if you think it'd be helpful I don't know if it would or not <2:48:52 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: oh yeah I definitely think that could be a benefit would you like to hear about some of the benefits of it <2:48:57 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: yeah for sure <2:49:01 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: okay um so it sounds like you've already been working taking some of the medications and you know I almost like to think of those as like a crutch you know a split on a broken ankle you know kind of stops you from having some of those really low you know bad times when you're feeling depressed you're feeling down it can really help you know stop you from having those feelings it can also stop you from having some of those you know really anxious really stressful times and helped bring it out from there but you know it's not able to you know help with everything so you mentioned that you know it's a little harder together house and sometimes you know it doesn't help with everything that we wish it would so going to things like therapy talking to people learning other we call them coping skills help you get through some of those Hard Times they're really able to help you build that motivation see how you can do a little bit more it can help you with <2:49:01 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: you know <2:49:02 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: now that sounds you know that sounds great <2:49:54 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: do <2:49:55 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: you enjoy working on things like exercising and diet changes and how that improves natural hormones that endorphins that will help improve your mood so by speaking with a therapist it can really help you through you know times that you're having right now with this stressful evaluation coming up so there's a lot of great things that there can do <2:50:23 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: um do you have anything else that seems to be holding you back from you know making that call and trying to schedule an appointment with therapy <2:50:28 PM> Kyle Reynolds - patient: oh just <2:50:30 PM> Alex Becker - Doctor: okay yeah I mean I can definitely see some of the drawbacks that you're having from you know these feelings of like almost a depression and it's been diagnosed for a long time you know there are some paperwork we could do to help get you that time off of work you'd still be paid you know maybe not a full amount but you know if you want to take a half day here and there to go to those therapy sessions we can definitely help you in that endeavor is that something you think you'd be interested <2:50:34 PM> Kyle Reynolds -
