Doctor: and have you considered doing um behavioral therapy or like therapy of any kind <5:35:27 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: no no that's just what it's called it's called cognitive theory that's just a name so it's kind of like you go in to psychologist or psychiatrist depending on who does the therapy and they chat with you kind of what you were doing with your roommate you know you said you talked to her and you feel better by talking <5:35:27 PM> Anneliese - Patient: what do you mean by like behavioral therapy do you think that there's something wrong with my behavior <5:35:35 PM> Anneliese - Patient: right oh what's that <5:35:49 PM> Anneliese - Patient: here <5:35:56 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: okay <5:36:11 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: all right <5:36:16 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: okay where did you read that I came to me more about that <5:36:28 PM> Anneliese - Patient: I don't remember just like on Reddit or Instagram <5:36:32 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: okay <5:36:37 PM> Anneliese - Patient: um but <5:36:40 PM> Anneliese - Patient: I don't know I mean maybe I would be willing to do it <5:36:42 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: oh yeah they do have online options if that's something that you would like to consider they have online CBT <5:36:45 PM> Anneliese - Patient: um if there were like <5:36:48 PM> Anneliese - Patient: options to do it like from home or something <5:36:59 PM> Anneliese - Patient: okay maybe I could how much money does it cost though <5:36:59 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: here and you can <5:37:02 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: it that I'm not sure it depends on the insurance I'm pretty sure they would cover it as regular therapy but I can check with <5:37:10 PM> Anneliese - Patient: and <5:37:14 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: stuff during let you know more about that <5:37:15 PM> Anneliese - Patient: oh okay <5:37:16 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: yeah um aside from the behavioral therapy being online are there any other like <5:37:18 PM> Anneliese - Patient: I've been like really taking my medicine like every day like you guys said and like I have a pill box and everything and like I tried to do all this stuff to feel better and I just feel like it's not working <5:37:50 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: see <5:37:53 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: I see um <5:37:56 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: so what do you like about your current <5:38:01 PM> Olamide Oyeyemi - Doctor: really habits <5:38:02 PM> Anneliese -
