Patient: yeah I think so like the way I fit into clothes <8:21:33 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: um yeah the way I see myself in the mirror also the weight number sometimes it fluctuates a lot <8:21:33 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: okay and now you've lost this weight down 25 pounds <8:21:33 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: and <8:21:43 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: mm-hmm <8:21:45 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: with you know looking at the BMI you're on the low side of where you should be <8:21:46 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: mm-hmm <8:21:52 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: but what kind of things are there any worries you have about losing weight like that <8:21:59 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: know I feel like I've always been on the heavier side all my life <8:22:06 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: um so I'm not worried about losing weight but I think I'm worried how much my mom is concerned <8:22:13 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: okay <8:22:13 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: um so I'm trying to find a balance between <8:22:17 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: he was saying you're worried about what your mom's concerns are what are your mom's concerns <8:22:17 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: I think she's concerned how fast I'm losing weight and how I look to her I look very skinny <8:22:27 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: mmm <8:22:30 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: but to me I feel like I look healthier or better for my size <8:22:33 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: okay but to her you look very skinny and I'm sure he's used to seeing you over the years <8:22:39 PM> Anastasia A - Doctor: mm-hmm <8:24:39 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: so I can feel myself having a slight palpitations when I try to lay down and sleep <8:24:45 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: okay <8:24:46 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: I struggled to fall asleep but then once I do fall asleep I'm okay <8:24:52 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: now do these problems bother you is this something you'd want to improve <8:24:56 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: yeah I would like to have more energy <8:25:00 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: okay <8:25:01 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: um but I don't want to go back to where I gain more weight <8:25:05 PM> Anastasia A - Doctor: eating more nutrient-dense okay <8:25:40 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: and what do you think about the amount of calories you're eating is about a 1000 a day <8:25:41 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: mm-hmm I think once I hit the target number of way to I want to be I would be open to increasing more my calorie intake so I can kind of maintain my weight <8:25:49 PM> Matthew Soliman - Doctor: mm-hmm <8:25:57 PM> Anastasia A - Patient: I read on a post um where if you're at a thousand you're losing and then if you go up like a 1500 or like a 1700 then you will maintain your weight <8:25:58 PM> Matthew Soliman -
