Patient: kind of being just laying around on the couch but <2:13:00 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know I I used to talk with him some about <2:13:05 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: well it's going on so now I'm just <2:13:08 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: as I'm <2:13:10 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: wallowing in my own thoughts <2:13:14 PM> James Dai - Doctor: got so we started you on a medication six months ago and we've been intriguing up the dosage do you feel any changes computer six months ago <2:13:19 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I <2:13:30 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: it well I guess the one changes I when when I saw you six months ago I felt like I was getting worse I don't know that I've gotten worse so <2:13:41 PM> James Dai - Doctor: okay <2:13:42 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: um <2:13:44 PM> James Dai - Doctor: well <2:13:44 PM> James Dai - Doctor: gotcha <2:13:44 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: know if I was kind of going down I guess I'm steady <2:13:48 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: of that I guess that's a good thing but I'd rather see some improvement <2:13:55 PM> James Dai - Doctor: as you know at least something that we could hold on to is there's actually some effect on the medication right because <2:14:05 PM> James Dai - Doctor: we first want to stop the decline and then once we're stabilized we can figure out something to improve so we completed the first stage so that's good news of stopping the decline now you know we're at the stage where we can think of something that we can work on the Improvement stage so that that is good news to me have you talked with anybody about you know feeling kind of downish and like you know sleep problems you know we refer to counseling to to appointments how's that <2:14:24 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I never I never went I am I really don't see myself as <2:14:43 PM> Sheena joined the conference <2:14:46 PM> James Dai - Doctor: okay <2:14:49 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: somebody who <2:14:52 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: would would go to counseling so <2:14:58 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I don't know I I haven't really done anything with that <2:15:04 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: um Sheena were we'll finish this role play and then we'll include you <2:15:07 PM> Sheena: okay <2:15:10 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: um <2:15:14 PM> James Dai - Doctor: so is there some particular reason why you don't want to go to constantly you know it's it's being a lot of people find a very helpful to speak with counselors <2:15:30 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I don't know I'm not somebody that wants to really <2:15:34 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: kind of bare my soul to anybody and <2:15:36 PM> Sheena: up <2:15:37 PM> James Dai - Doctor: gotcha so you know actually constantly has been proven to be very helpful especially combined with medications in helping people to improve on their Mental Health <2:15:39 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I don't know I I guess I'm not confident that talking to somebody's going to help <2:16:02 PM> James Dai - Doctor: push <2:16:02 PM> James Dai - Doctor: and a lot of our patients has been giving very positive experience with with counseling so if you would like to try give it a try we were highly encourage that you know just try it out see how it goes you know if you don't like it then you know we can set up an appointment talking more about it but I will I will like you to try see you know if we can <2:16:27 PM> James Dai - Doctor: more towards Improvement stage <2:16:30 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: I I guess I could try I I just not very <2:16:34 PM> James Dai - Doctor: got <2:16:35 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: well I'm not enthusiastic about how much of anything right now <2:16:39 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: um so but <2:16:40 PM> James Dai - Doctor: you <2:16:43 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: you know I really don't want to miss work <2:16:46 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: um <2:16:48 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: go to a counselor because then I'd have to <2:16:51 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: tell them why I was missing and I don't want to mend my business <2:16:52 PM> James Dai - Doctor: okay you know a lot of counselors has very flexible schedules you can do weekends you can do after work you do early morning it doesn't have to be during work <2:17:08 PM> James Dai - Doctor: so they there's a lot of different options out there if you would like to explore we have like pamphlets off you know different website on you know different console services and like what insurance covers each of them and what are their work hours where the style is like so if you like you know if you like those resources will happen to provide them <2:17:27 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: the food yeah you can you can give me that stuff <2:17:31 PM> James Dai - Doctor: okay that's good <2:17:35 PM> Paul Hershberger - Patient: it sounds like it sounds like you think I should do it <2:17:38 PM> James Dai - Doctor: I mean it is it is one of the best ways to help with people's mental health as being a lot of evidence research on the combination of medication and constantly on improvements Geo mental health condition and you know you were at the stage where you know we're ready to take a take a push and ready to go on the Improvement ones or relax you see if you know to try if you like or not <2:17:40 PM> Paul Hershberger -
