Patient: yeah well my family they they're always on me about in my wife she her husband makes you know they cook at home and they make meals for me and I do eat what they make and I think what they make pretty healthy for me but I still go and I'll eat food after that then I know I shouldn't and they always get on me about it so if I don't make any change I'm sure they're they're not going to be happy with me they're gonna still keep nagging me I was stuck in the same spot I'm in right now <7:00:45 PM> Danielle K- Doctor: okay so it seems like there are some things that you don't like about you know not adhering to the diet that you should and that you have like some concerns about you know not making any sort of a change how ready would you be to make a change on a scale of zero to Ten Ten being like you're ready <7:01:30 PM> Caroline Watts - Patient: I don't know if it's lack of willpower I just can't seem to stick to the diet and I just I don't know what else I can do to get myself to to try and be better with that <7:02:36 PM> Caroline Watts - Patient: so I maybe it's a lack of confidence and in my ability to do that <7:02:41 PM> Caroline Watts - Patient: part <7:02:49 PM> Caroline Watts - Patient: Maybe <7:02:49 PM> Caroline Watts - Patient: um like I said earlier my my spouse does make dinner every night it's not like I eat out all the time and the food that they make is I think it's pretty good for me it tastes good and you know my spouse is healthy so the foods I think it's healthy too but like I said I even after dinner I'll go eat some things I know I shouldn't <7:02:50 PM> Danielle K- Doctor: okay that that's I like that that's sounds like something that can be implemented you know sometimes it's better to start small and kind of work our way up so let's say like this until our next appointment what do you think is going to be something that you're going to do to help <7:03:17 PM> Caroline Watts -
