patient: um <8:23:36 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: been having someone at home kind of <8:23:40 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: helped <8:23:42 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: but now I I don't know how to exactly deal with all of that so I guess I guess yeah it is having playing a role <8:24:01 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: well the medication has been helping but I'm still not where <8:24:01 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: I <8:24:02 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: mm-hmm um yeah and I know I think we brought up counseling last time and how are you feeling about that today to help with also your antidepressants <8:24:13 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: um I I do think it would help but I I don't know when I can start it I don't know if I have the time with just being so worried about work right now <8:24:23 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: you open to it or think it'll help at all <8:24:33 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: yeah <8:24:40 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: I think if I had less stress at work and didn't have this evaluation coming up I would be more likely to seek it out <8:25:55 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: make that number higher <8:25:57 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: yeah so what would help alleviate that stress from the work standpoint so that it would allow you more I guess comfort <8:26:18 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: I think <8:26:19 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: to to take that next step for counseling <8:26:22 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: okay and how do you see yourself doing that <8:26:25 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: we getting more <8:26:28 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: support at work like not having as demanding hours <8:26:35 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: um maybe I could <8:26:39 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: start to manage my time better with work things maybe that could <8:26:44 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: help make some time for it <8:26:47 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: I <8:26:47 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: um getting into a routine I feel like I just go to bed when I'm exhausted and wake up right before <8:27:01 PM> Suga Saravanan - patient: have to be at work I think just getting into a better schedule can <8:27:07 PM> Maram Abuhaidar- Doctor: yeah I think those are some great ideas that you're coming up with what would it take for you to start kind of making that change to have a better routine <8:27:08 PM> Suga Saravanan -
