Doctor: gotcha gotcha is there a particular reason why you like to go out is it you know like social or do you like <2:07:31 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: um yeah I mean a big part of it is social all my friends are going out and you know like I said I just like to relax after work after a whole week of work it's nice to you know go out with my friends and <2:07:46 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: yeah totally understand that <2:07:56 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: you know and just relax you know working full-time it's not easy full-time at work all week long <2:08:08 PM> Bryson Arnett - patient: I mean those drinks is definitely what really gets me relaxed <2:09:17 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: them to you would you say that going for a drink is more important or being with your friends is more important <2:09:18 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: um I would say <2:09:22 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: okay okay have you ever thought about just being with your friends on the weekends without having a drink or maybe like cutting down drink or two <2:09:26 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: but yeah <2:09:26 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: you know I think I definitely need to drink to really relax like obviously having your friends is always important but you know I'm happy with married and you know you'll always be my best friend but <2:09:38 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: I just I think I really do need those drinks to really relax on the weekend <2:09:50 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: I mean <2:09:54 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: it's you know I mean I've just been doing it for so long and I feel like it's just been so <2:10:00 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: good at helping me relax I can't imagine not you know trying to change up but I already do if it's working well for me <2:10:05 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: okay what do you think it helps you relax <2:10:13 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: I don't know just something about about the alcohol just you know you know how a couple of wine the glass of wine is you know just helps you relax a little bit just how it's always been with with I think any alcoholic drink I think a lot of people would say that any alcoholic drink helps them relax <2:10:31 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: mm-hmm are there other things that help you relax other than alcohol <2:10:38 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: okay okay um if you were have you ever been has anybody ever brought up their concern about your drinking or have you yourself ever been concerned about I know you should mentioned earlier that <2:10:39 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: I mean <2:10:41 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: being with my friends helps me relax a little bit but <2:10:45 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: I don't think it lives up to the same potential as the as the glass of wine <2:11:07 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: I believe you said you you're not as concerned about but have your friends ever mentioned anything or your partner family <2:11:10 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: I mean my husband's maybe brought it up a couple times but I just you know I'm just at work so I don't I think I just he just doesn't get it like how stressed I got with work and like what I need to relax <2:11:28 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: okay gotcha and that sounds very stressful <2:11:41 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: yeah <2:11:46 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: um either you mentioned that you know nothing else seems to give you that kind of stress relief other than drinking but have you ever thought about maybe picking out like a new hobby or something like that you think could be relaxing for you <2:12:06 PM> Bryson Arnett - Doctor: all right okay <2:12:06 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: mmm you know I mean <2:12:09 PM> Noreen Altallaa - patient: I know my husband likes to golf on the weekend and that's kind of his way of especially but you know it's kind of trying to put in a Halloween week I just feel like my weekends are kind of full <2:12:29 PM> Bryson Arnett -
