Doctor: and and how about physical activity <2:52:41 PM> Grace Li - Patient: I'm maybe like I guess I occasionally like <2:52:46 PM> Grace Li - Patient: don't get I don't get a lot of it I just maybe like walking on my house that day <2:52:49 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so you you walk around your house and that's what you get for physical activity <2:52:49 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so <2:52:55 PM> Grace Li - Patient: mm-hmm <2:52:58 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so it sounds like you're you're not taking medication as as much as prescribed you're not getting a lot of physical activity <2:53:00 PM> Grace Li - Patient: sector <2:53:04 PM> Grace Li - Patient: well <2:53:10 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: and you're not a lot of fast food and junk food and so does <2:53:15 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: um what do you like about that behavior <2:53:24 PM> Grace Li - Patient: eating a lot of fast food I guess basically feel good and not taking that many many well I don't like taking medications like it's not taking them makes me basically feel of it that are <2:53:28 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: understand and <2:53:39 PM> Grace Li - Patient: all right <2:53:42 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: but what don't you like about not taking your medications as prescribed and and your current eating habits <2:53:48 PM> Grace Li - Patient: car <2:53:52 PM> Grace Li - Patient: I I know <2:53:55 PM> Grace Li - Patient: I'm not I'm not taking good care of myself with these habits <2:53:58 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so you're not taking good care of yourself and <2:54:00 PM> Grace Li - Patient: probably making it worse <2:54:06 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: how do you think that's affecting your health <2:54:10 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: and what what those worst mean to you <2:54:14 PM> Grace Li - Patient: she make it so that <2:54:26 PM> Grace Li - Patient: I have like like I guess a decrease quality of life and <2:54:29 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: it's <2:54:31 PM> Grace Li - Patient: really pretty at risk for other for other things <2:54:36 PM> Grace Li - Patient: oh well <2:54:36 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so decrease quality of life and putting it at risk for other things and including even possibly we're seeing your current <2:54:46 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: diabetes and coronary artery disease <2:54:46 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so <2:54:49 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so let's say you don't make any changes and you can continue on the same <2:54:54 PM> William Deruelle - Patient: I went to get too bad that I can't go about my life or I know I don't want to think about it but I could possibly get <2:55:15 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: and how important do you think it is to change your your current behaviors <2:55:19 PM> Grace Li - Patient: got something very serious and I would die <2:55:24 PM> Grace Li - Patient: now that we talked about it I feel like it's pretty important <2:55:32 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: so on a scale of 0 to 10 10 being <2:55:38 PM> Grace Li - Patient: I would say <2:55:44 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: important to your health how would you rate <2:55:47 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: how do you rate it from 0 to 10 on like how well in New York to make changes such as <2:55:54 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: a increase in your medication usage taking your mesa's prescribed maybe getting some more physical activity and during the day <2:55:54 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: and <2:56:04 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: um <2:56:06 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: and cutting back on some of the junk Foods <2:56:10 PM> William Deruelle - Doctor: around 8 so it sounds like you're pretty motivated to make some changes in <2:56:13 PM> Grace Li -
