Carey- Doctor: yeah yeah and I can understand you feeling nervous about accidentally taking too many of some of your pills <4:20:51 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: many of them and I get confused with like okay that I take this one yeah that one yeah and then I just decide because I'm confused that it's better to not take to view them too many because I'm a little bit nervous about that <4:21:08 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: I'm gonna just a little bit like disorganized like I just <4:21:12 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: I think maybe that will be a good place to start there <4:21:26 PM> Carli I want to I want to hear what's important to you <4:22:21 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: um well I have a <4:22:26 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: few kids and they are having grandkids pretty soon it's kind of exciting time and I would like to just be around as long as I can to hang out with my grandkids and my kids and my wife <4:22:31 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: that's awesome it sounds like you have a lot of stuff to look forward to a lot going on <4:22:41 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: um and I want to basically travel as well while I can the next like 10 years probably so <4:22:55 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: yeah I'm gonna I want to stay on my feet and be active for as long as I can <4:23:07 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: how do you see those goals being impacted you know if you <4:23:14 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: new to not take the medications <4:23:16 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: it I guess <4:23:18 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: yeah <4:23:20 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: if I don't think the medication my help will just get worse and then my whole life worse those things I just mentioned become harder to accomplish <4:23:33 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: will <4:23:36 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: so on a scale of like one to ten <4:23:40 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: one not really ready to make a change 10 ready to change today where are you at on you know kind of finding <4:23:47 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: computer <4:23:51 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: some some ways that we could improve your medication <4:23:56 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: yeah I'm eight like I think I want to improve and just seems this is sobering to have all these medications and like different time taking it and like <4:23:56 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: oh that's awesome yeah I mean it it definitely sounds like your priorities you know <4:24:07 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: like keep them and <4:24:07 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: just <4:24:10 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: causes stress for me so I'm pretty open if we have a good ideas <4:24:15 PM> David Buchinsky-Patient: yeah <4:24:23 PM> Carli Carey- Doctor: are really important and a good motivation for you so we if you're open to we can
