Patient: it's it's been okay I guess the <6:24:30 PM> Joseph - Patient: you know you recently upped the dose and it's I felt like it's been helping but it's I'm just still <6:24:30 PM> Joseph - Patient: you know <6:24:30 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay sure um so you said that it's helped how <6:24:36 PM> Joseph - Patient: still feeling down <6:24:43 PM> Joseph - Patient: oh <6:24:49 PM> Joseph - Patient: I find myself having fewer <6:24:49 PM> Kate-Doctor: it helped <6:24:53 PM> Joseph - Patient: I'm still <6:24:53 PM> Joseph - Patient: if you were bad days but you know it's still <6:24:54 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay well that's great so before we increase the dose how many bad days would you say you <6:24:58 PM> Joseph - Patient: having some bad days I guess maybe the bad days that I'm I'm having are maybe a little bit better than they were in the past <6:25:13 PM> Joseph - Patient: out <6:25:13 PM> Joseph - Patient: oh I mean prop <6:25:17 PM> Kate-Doctor: having <6:25:19 PM> Joseph - Patient: the week probably five of them I'd say we're bad days <6:25:20 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay and now that the dose has been increased how many <6:25:23 PM> Joseph - Patient: but maybe not three to four maybe closer to three a week <6:25:29 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay and what do you think would be like a good goal for us to have <6:25:32 PM> Joseph - Patient: oh I mean <6:25:37 PM> Joseph - Patient: idea I don't think most people are going through <6:25:37 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay and what do you mean about most people <6:25:42 PM> Joseph - Patient: life with a bet I'd say maybe like one to two a week I'd say would be manageable <6:25:49 PM> Joseph - Patient: I I just feel like when I look at like other people <6:25:56 PM> Joseph - Patient: you know my roommate he moved out he got a promotion he had to leave the state his life's going well I just don't see <6:26:06 PM> Joseph - Patient: I just don't see a lot of other people having like bad days I guess <6:26:06 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay sure yeah that must be hard um so what do you think would be a good way for us to continue to work towards that <6:26:18 PM> Joseph - Patient: and I feel <6:26:18 PM> Joseph - Patient: well I know we've been trying the medications I guess <6:26:30 PM> Joseph - Patient: every time at the visit I just I feel a little better getting it off <6:26:33 PM> Joseph - Patient: might just so maybe if I was able to like just <6:26:37 PM> Joseph - Patient: talk to someone or more regular visits maybe something like that would help <6:26:37 PM> Kate-Doctor: absolutely so I see that we referred you for counseling have they gotten in touch with you to get scheduled <6:26:48 PM> Joseph - Patient: they have I've just been having a <6:26:52 PM> Kate-Doctor: absolutely yeah and new things can be scary and you know give you a form of anxiety right if you don't go to counseling do you see your symptoms improving do you see us being able to get to that <6:26:53 PM> Joseph - Patient: just been difficult I feel like sometimes to get out go and get to that place <6:27:05 PM> Joseph - Patient: yeah <6:27:19 PM> Joseph - Patient: no I guess not no I don't think without <6:27:21 PM> Kate-Doctor: so it sounds like to me too I think you would really benefit from having somebody to talk about so what obstacle what other obstacles do you think you have currently to just getting scheduled <6:27:23 PM> Joseph - Patient: BF I wasn't talking if I wouldn't have someone to talk to I don't I don't think I'd get much better than what I met currently <6:27:31 PM> Joseph - Patient: just <6:27:31 PM> Joseph - Patient: well I mean with with all the mood stuff that's been going on I've <6:27:44 PM> Kate-Doctor: sure and you feel like that's in your way of getting scheduled with the counselor <6:27:48 PM> Joseph - Patient: feeling myself I've had just a hard time being productive at work I'm due for a performance eval soon I'm worried how that's going to go how my boss is going to react just all the work stuff <6:28:06 PM> Joseph - Patient: yeah I just feel like it's you know I I worry about the work stuff but because I'm worried about work I don't want to take time off to go to a counselor if I don't go to a counselor then my work's gonna suffer <6:28:10 PM> Kate-Doctor: sure do you see any of those things in proving if you had someone to talk to about them <6:28:28 PM> Joseph - Patient: obviously <6:28:29 PM> Joseph - Patient: I you know I think it would improve if I was if I did take that next step <6:28:37 PM> Joseph - Patient: and go to the counselor and talk to someone I think I think the overall the mood wouldn't prove and maybe I'd be better at work <6:28:45 PM> Kate-Doctor: sure so um I've heard reasons for why you do want to get scheduled with the counselor and reasons for why you don't so just like on a scale of one to ten one being like absolutely not intend being yes I'm gonna go do it right now where would you put yourself right now <6:28:46 PM> Joseph - Patient: for that <6:28:49 PM> Joseph - Patient: I put myself maybe maybe at a six <6:29:07 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay and why not like a seven or eight <6:29:14 PM> Joseph - Patient: it's just still that worry taking time away from work I don't know if their hours would <6:29:14 PM> Joseph - Patient: if it <6:29:16 PM> Kate-Doctor: okay I could see that and then why not like a three or four <6:29:24 PM> Joseph - Patient: impact me to be able to go there when I'm not working or anything like that <6:29:32 PM> Joseph - Patient: um I I do see just even from these visits talking I do feel better so I think <6:29:42 PM> Joseph - Patient: you know I I do see that it would it would help me if I was able to do it more often <6:29:42 PM> Kate-Doctor: yeah and I would even argue you know because it is like it's a big change and it's a big step especially if it's not something with which you're familiar so maybe just look at it a little bit at like a piece at a time just take it like a step at a time and we could even just start with giving them a call and seeing what they have available and getting kind of an idea of what to expect what do you think of that <6:30:09 PM> Joseph -
